With 6 strategically located warehouses at our disposal and over 2.25 million sq. ft. devoted to inventory we are capable of shipping most items to your door within 1-3 days in the Continental U.S. Serving over 70% of the population with Next Day Shipping and over 99% with 2-day shipping.

Shipping
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to NortheastClothing's shipping policies. In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 15 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation email.

 

Most times orders place by 5:00 PM EST will ship the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday and before 5:00 PM EST on Sunday will ship on Monday. Exceptions to these times may occur due to holidays.

Shipping Rates

 

** Our shipping rates have increased by $3.95 on 10-1-2007 due to a handling fee imposed upon us from our suppliers. This $3.95 charge is INCLUDED in the shipping rates you see upon checkout.

If you have have special shipping requirements contact Customer Service and we will be happy to try and find a solution for your specific shipping requirements.

 

Free shipping does not apply to custom screen printing or embroidery orders. Offer applies to all products and orders shipped via ground in the continental U.S. lower 48 states, excluding discounted merchandise and basic white t-shirts.

** Please note orders that qualify for free shipping going to Hawaii or Alaska will be honored if the USPS offers Parcel Post Service to your area in these states and the Parcel Post ship cost is less than or equal to 10% of your order total. 
These orders will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post Service. 

 

Basic white tee shirts, custom screen printing and embroidery orders are NOT included in NortheastClothing's free freight program, basic white tee shirts not included are: (Port & Company PC55 & PC61, Gildan 2000, 5000 & 8000, Hanes 5170, 5180 & 5280, Jerzees 188M, 29M and 363M.)

Only items not outlined in the exclusions section above will count towards the free ground shipping program.

 

Out of Stock Items
In the event that an item is out of stock the item will be removed from the order and the order total will be adjusted accordingly.  If there is concern for must have items to complete a job that you may have please call or email before ordering to check stock levels.  For small orders we cannot split an order resulting multiple deliveries or back orders.

Split Shipments

Split shipment fees apply to all orders including orders qualifying for free shipping.
In the event that an order can only be entirely fullfilled by shipping from multiple warehouses:

Shipping Method
Orders are generally shipped UPS ground, although we reserve the right to ship using any other method at any time without notice. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
