How do I place an order for customized apparel?
 The most important aspect of ordering custom embellished apparel online is effective communication between you the customer and the company that you select to perform the screen printing or embroidery job. Follow the steps outlined here to place a customized apparel order and your experience will be pleasant, efficient and rewarding!
  1. Sign up for your NortheastClothing.com Membership Here (FREE) or Login if you already have a membership established.
  2. Browse our website to find the items that you would line to have customized. When you find items that you like, instead of adding them to your shopping cart add them to your wishlist. This will let us know the types of garments or accessories that you have selected so that we can provide you with an accurate quote for your custom apparel job (The wish list button is next to the Add To Cart button on all product pages).
  3. Click the "Request A Quote" button on our Garment Customization Services page and fill out and submit the no obligation request form.
  4. A Northeast Clothing representative will contact you if any further information is need in order to provide your quote, or to help you with finalizing your order.
When will I know the price of my customized apparel order?
After receiving your Request for Quote form it will be reviewed after which a Northeast Clothing representative will contact you if any further information is need in order to provide your quote. Once all the neccessary information is obtained you will be provided a formal price-per-piece for the job.

What if part of my order is not in stock?
All orders are reviewed before your credit card is charged, in the rare case that an item in your order is out of stock a Northeast Clothing representative will contact you to verify how you would like to proceed. At this point you will have 4 options:
  • Ship the partial order for items that are in stock, then ship the out of stock items when they are once again in stock.
  • Hold the order until the out of stock items are once again in stock.
  • Remove the out of stock items from the order and ship the in stock items.
  • Cancel the order.
How do I check the status of my order?
Click the "Your Account" link located in the Customer Service dropdown menu at the top right area on the website. After you login you can check your order history as well as the status of any pending orders you may have, also you can manage all of your account information in this area.
How do I view and use my "Wish List"?
To view your wish list click on "View Wish List" in the Customer Service menu located in the top right area of the page, if you want to move items from your wish list to your shopping cart you can do so on the view wish list page. It is important to note that to make sure your wish list is always available you must first register (free) as a member with NortheastClothing.com, then create your wish list and it will be stored in your account in our database. If you create a wish list and you are not a registered member your wish list will be stored in a "cookie" file on your computer and may be lost if and when you perform any maintenance on your computer.

Is my private member information safe?
NortheastClothing.com respects your privacy because you, our customer is the key to our success! Your member information is stored in a secure business class database on state of the art secure web servers. Your information will never be sold, shared or divulged in any way at any time. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.
 
Is my credit card information stored?
Absolutely Not!. NortheastClothing.com does not store customer credit card information. There is no need for us to retain this information, it is only needed for the brief period of time (seconds) neccessary to complete your transaction over a secure connection (SSL). During the checkout process the credit card information, as well as your personal information is encrypted using the same methods employed by the banking industry and does not exist in a "physical" form for anyone to "find". Please read our Security Policy which outlines the secure ordering process empoyed by NortheastClothing.com.
